Privacy Policy

How Miravo handles personal data on this website. Updated on 14 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Miravo, a Brazilian geospatial intelligence software company based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Contact for any privacy matter: contato@miravo.com.br.

What this website collects

This is an institutional website. It has no login area and does not ask for personal data to be browsed.

The only form is the Early Access form (in Portuguese). It asks for your name, email, company, job title and industry and, if you wish, a phone number and a message. We use this data only to contact you about Early Access.

In the same form you can separately ask to receive news from Miravo by email. In that case we send a confirmation email, and the subscription only takes effect after you confirm it. Every news email includes a link to leave the list.

With your consent, we collect browsing data through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device type, browser and approximate region. Your IP address is anonymized before it is stored, and we do not use this data to identify you.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you provide only to reply and follow up on the matter.

Consent: you choose

On your first visit a notice appears with two options, Accept and Reject. No measurement happens before you choose.

If you reject, nothing is sent to Google and the website works normally. Your answer is stored in your own browser, under the key miravo_cookie, and is not sent anywhere. To change your mind, clear this website's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

Legal basis

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD): audience measurement, consent (art. 7, I); replies to contact you started, preliminary procedures related to a contract (art. 7, V); contact about Early Access and news by email, consent (art. 7, I), given by you in the form.

Who the data is shared with

With Google, as a processor, only for the audience measurement described above, and only if you accept. Early Access form data is kept in Miravo's own system. If we start using a contracted service to send news emails, it will act as a processor, only for sending. We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long

Browsing data stays in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations. Early Access data is kept for as long as needed for the contact and for any business relationship that results from it. Anyone who leaves the news list will not receive news again: we keep only a code derived from the email address, which prevents it from being added back.

Your rights

The LGPD guarantees you confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data processed with consent, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of them, write to contato@miravo.com.br. We reply within 15 days.

Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss and improper alteration.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Any relevant change in how data is used will be announced on this website.

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.
